Responsibilities

  • Support Campaign Managers in campaign setup and execution
  • Assist in executing promotions across CRM and CMS platforms
  • Help investigate and document promotional incidents or issues

  • Learn the end-to-end promotional journey and loyalty system integrations

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Tech, or related field
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Interest in CRM, marketing technology, and customer engagement
  • Analytical and structured thinking

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to CRM tools (e.g., Braze or similar)
  • Basic understanding of CMS platforms
  • Familiarity with digital marketing or campaign workflows
  • Eagerness to experiment, learn, and improve processes
