What you’ll do
Support Campaign Managers in campaign setup and execution
Assist in executing promotions across CRM and CMS platforms
Help investigate and document promotional incidents or issues
Help investigate and document promotional incidents or issues
Learn the end-to-end promotional journey and loyalty system integrations
What you bring
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Tech, or related field
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Interest in CRM, marketing technology, and customer engagement
Analytical and structured thinking

You’ll join a senior, embedded team across Dubai and India building the loyalty, CRM, data and AI platforms behind the world’s biggest brands. We lead with outcomes, work in the open, and wrap every engagement in ISO 27001 controls.
